Als Teil unseres Robotics-Teams entwickelst Du präzise und leistungsfähige Bewegungsabläufe für unsere hochmodernen Küchenroboter und stellst sicher, dass sie stabil, effizient und zuverlässig funktionieren. Mit Deinem technischen Know-how in der Roboterprogrammierung und Prozessoptimierung trägst Du maßgeblich dazu bei, dass unsere Robotersysteme auch unter realen Bedingungen fehlerfrei funktionieren und perfekt auf die Produktionsanforderungen unserer Kunden abgestimmt sind.

Diese Aufgaben übernimmst du:

Programmierung und Optimierung von Robotertrajektorien zur Sicherstellung effizienter und stabiler Produktionsprozesse
Entwicklung robuster Lösungen, die es dem Set-Up-Team ermöglichen, Roboter eigenständig und fehlerfrei in Betrieb zu nehmen
Funktion als Ansprechperson für alle roboterspezifischen Störungen – Identifikation, Troubleshooting und nachhaltige Behebung direkt am System im Feld und in der Produktion
Test und Einführung neuer Funktionen sowie kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung bestehender Features
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit angrenzenden Teams zur Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs in der Inbetriebnahme und Produktion

Dein Profil

Diese Eigenschaften bringst du idealerweise mit:

Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, Weiterbildung zum Techniker oder Meister, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Automatisierung oder Mechatronik – oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
Einschlägige Erfahrung in der Programmierung von Industrierobotern (z. B. KUKA, FANUC) sowie im Umgang mit entsprechender Simulationssoftware
Knowhow in der Optimierung von Roboterprozessen zur Reduktion von Zykluszeiten
Grundkenntnisse in Python oder einer vergleichbaren objektorientierten Programmiersprache
Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (in Wort und Schrift) – außerdem sind gute Deutschkenntnisse vorteilhaft
Schnelle Auffassungsgabe, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und ein ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis

Your Role

With our robots, we’re transforming the way the world cooks and enjoys food. Through technology that supports the foodservice industry, reduces food waste, and elevates culinary quality to a new, scalable level. Accessible to everyone. Everywhere. Anytime. As part of our Robotics Team, you’ll develop precise and high-performance motion sequences for our state-of-the-art kitchen robots and ensure they operate stably, efficiently, and reliably. With your technical expertise in robot programming and process optimization, you’ll play a key role in making sure our robotic systems function flawlessly under real-world conditions and are perfectly tailored to our customers’ production requirements.

These are the tasks you will be responsible for:

Programming and optimizing robot trajectories to ensure efficient and stable production processes
Developing robust solutions that enable the set-up team to commission robots independently and error-free
Acting as the go-to person for all robot-specific issues—identifying, troubleshooting, and sustainably resolving problems directly on the system in the field and in production
Testing and implementing new features, as well as continuously improving existing ones
Collaborating closely with adjacent teams to ensure smooth commissioning and production workflows

Your profile

These are the qualities helping you thrive in this role:

Completed technical training, further qualification as a technician or master craftsman, ideally with a focus on automation or mechatronics – or a comparable qualification
Proven experience in programming industrial robots (e.g., KUKA, FANUC) and working with relevant simulation software
Expertise in optimizing robot processes to reduce cycle times
Basic knowledge of Python or a comparable object-oriented programming language
Excellent English skills (spoken and written) – good German skills are also beneficial
Quick comprehension, structured working style, and strong technical understanding
